Plain english medicine

I am still waiting for a reply to my question I asked in another thread, so I'll start a new thread.

I am researching fractions. I need information a non-nurse, non-doctor can read and understand. I would appreciate some help in this area.

I can be emailed privately at moodog0034@yahoo.com
