Dr. Patricia Ford, a physican that he works with, would know or be willing to consult with another physician about the possibility of accomplishing a "bloodless" stem cell transplant. You can contact him thru this site under the member section. I will also tell him that you placed this post.
Hi Jacky, you are requesting information concerning a doctor who might undertake a stem cell transplant without recourse to blood.
Here in Cardiff a haematologist has done such a procedure on a Jehovah's Witness who requested non-blood management. It would not be ethical to give out the doctors name but if your son's consultant, after deciding not to proceed, contacted the haematology department at the University Hospital of Wales, it might be possible for a referal. If you need assistance further I would be happy to receive a private e-mail where more information could be discussed.
