IVIG questions

I wanted to see what other places are doing re: IVIG infusions. How frequently do you get vs on your pts? Does your pharmacy mix the IVIG in one large infusion bag or are you using the 200ml bottles (which is a pain in the neck)? Do you get some form of consent for the infusion?

Any additional feedback would be appreciated. Thanks!
