Hi there nurse here,
Just would like to ask a couple of questions regarding policies, blood order forms etc.
How doe you go about achieving a blood transfusion?
Can you outline what a blood order form is?
Checking policies?
Observations?
Client education?
What measures are taken to prevent adverse reactions from occurring?

I see that no one has reponded to your reply. I personally would google the questions you are asking and see if there are some "hits" generated. That should give you at least a starting point.
