Experiences in Extreme Anemia esp Trauma

I am giving a talk in May to The Trauma Society here in Kansas City. I was wondering if anyone had any trauma experiences that I could use in the talk. The talk is on "extreme care in trauma" and so Extreme Anemia would certainly fit. If anyone has anything they would like to share please send me an email or call me at 816-932-6183.
Thanks,
