Yeah, I don't think blood cells can be cancerous, they don't replicate on their own, they don't even have DNA (well, white blood cells have DNA, but not red... and white is being talked about lol I suck)...

So anyway blood is created in the bone marrow right? So cancer of the bone marrow is stuff that'd mess with your blood, I think that's Leukemia.

Lights off

Or you can watch how much you use your lights every day, and get some long-burning candles that are relatively smokeless for when you are sitting around watching TV, listening to music, or just chatting with friends or family.

Biggest energy users are fridge, TV, stereo, and home heating devices. Put on your flannel jammies or a jacket, fix a cup of hot tea (if you live in cold places like I do), and turn off as many lights as possible.

Summer will be here sooner than you think (esp. with global warming proceeding as rapidly as it appears to be doing)

my friend, who is one of Jehovahs Witnesses had a bi lateral mastectomy and reconstruction and has recovered well without any complications, despite not having a blood transfusion. However, her sister, who is not a Witness, had the same operation, had a blood transfusion. She also had a post operative complication of a collapsed lung. could this have been due to TRALI

That is most likely to have been the case.

Transfusion-Related Acute Lung Injury (TRALI) In A Multipara Patient

"TRALI is a severe transfusion reaction resulting in acute lung collapse damage due to blood transfusion. It is considered to be initiated by leucoaglutinins or HLA specific antibodies transfer which already existed in the donor serum."
