Thread: Hello

Hi Everyone!
I actually came across this site when my daughter was about to be born last May and was faced with the fact she was going to need a full blood exchange. I learned some things quickly from this site and am grateful however I wish I could have learned more but ran out of time and was faced without an alternative in the hospital to have my babys blood exchanged for her life. I still worry about her every day although she looks perfectly healthy but I am sure I will be able to learn a great deal more on the site as I go along....

My heart goes out to you, although you do still have him/her in your life and as she grows older and is legally able to make his/her own decisions about blood transfusions with the way that you are training his/her conscience the right decisions will be made.

In the meantime, I hope everyone in your life stays healthy and well.
