Thread: Newbie!

Hello All,
I'm new to this site & I look forward to gaining more insight on these most important blood issues when it comes to recieving very good medical care as one of Jehovah's Witnesses. I've lived in Jonesboro, GA the last 15 years, originally from Huntsville, AL.

I saw a link here last month on how to draft a document similar to a DPA for Non-Witness, but I can't seem to access it any longer under the "download" section. HELP!

Thank you for the link Larry, it's very helpful. Looking for a simplified "form" adaption of our DPA for a Bible student. So far, most are several pages long & they were hoping to find a similar 1 to 2 page form for GA.
