Meticulous Hemostasis

A technique of occluding every bleeding vessel that is encountered in the operating field and exercising great care to avoid accidents. This procedure is mainly a matter of skill and caution, and does not require any major surgical equipment. It can be applied to nearly all surgical procedures.
