Liver cancer

Liver cancer is a collection of abnormal cells growing within the liver in a rapid disorderly manner. Eventually, this tumor interferes with and destroys liver tissue. Cancerous tumors that originate in the liver are referred to as primary liver cancer. Cancerous tumors that develop in the liver but have spread (or metastasized) from another cancerous site within the body are referred to as secondary liver cancer.
