Hello! I am a bloodless medicine and surgery nurse coordinator at a Bloodless hospital in PA and we are concerned about the reversal of anticoagulation therapy i.e. warfarin in the bloodless patient. I was wondering if there are any other facilities that have used 3 factor PCC for this patient population or for any other reason. In addition, is there any facility that has used Recombinant factor 7 concurrently with vitamin K for reversal of coumadin therapy for bloodless patients? Thanks in advance for your consideration and help with this issue!
