Since DNA does not pass from mother to fetus in the womb, is it in harmony with the Bible’s prohibition on blood to accept vaccines which may contain residual DNA? As I understand it, DNA is the same whether it is found in white blood cells or any other cell of the body. So if a vaccine is made from DNA that originated in lung cells or any other cells, would it still be the same as if the DNA had originated in the blood?
According to a report by the World Health Organization, vaccines for human use prepared in human diploid cells…. require a purification step in order to remove the residual cellular DNA. http://www.who.int/rabies/vaccines/human_vaccines/en/index.html
However, in a link for more information, it says there are acceptable limits of cellular DNA per dose of the final vaccine. It also says the measurement of residual DNA in biological products derived from continuous cell lines revealed both a marked degree of inaccuracy and large differences in the estimates made by different laboratories. http://www.who.int/rabies/vaccines/en/Laboratory_techniques_in_rabies_chapter26.pdf
One microbiologist suggests that the DNA may be taken up by a person’s DNA, which would potentially be contaminating the biologic code of their DNA. http://coto2.wordpress.com/2011/06/28/vaccines-as-%E2%80%98cluster-bombs%E2%80%99/
Do you know anything about this?
