I read the info on the BVA-100 Blood Volume Analyzer on the Daxor Corp. site, and was surprised to see no reference to using it to obtain a definitive diagnosis of Polycythemia Vera. (They list a bunch of other situations in which it might be used to advantage). Wonder why that is.

My tentative diagnosis at present is PV, and am searching for info on how this diagnosis can be pinned down definitively.

Anyone have any real-world experience with the BVA-100 to report? Am wondering how widespread has been the installation of these machines.
