Already here.

An albumin-free product similiar to EPO called Aranesp has been available in the USA since early 2007. It is a polysorbate formulation that has no blood fractions in it. This is ideal for a patient who needs to build up their red cells, but refuses to take any medication containing a blood fraction. You need to specify you want the polysorbate formulation, because they also make the albumin based product as well.
