If I understand you correctly you want to understand the functions of various components of blood and fractions derived from them and to learn about some of the pharmaceutical agents that are produced from or contain these?

A good place to start is right here at NoBlood. Go to the top right corner of this page and click Wiki Articles. Then scroll down the page that will open until you see "Blood Fractions Guide." This has a wealth of information that should be helpful.

You might also want to check out the following links:

1. Component production
2. What are Fractions of Blood?
3. Blood Plasma Pooling - BloodBook, Blood Information for Life
