What is the name of this crystalline mineral?

They are called Zeolites a group of crystalline, hydrated alkali-aluminum silicates. the cage like structure has a negaive charge and therefore attracts and binds and removes heavy metals and toxins. Dorlands Medical Dicitonary defines zeolites as "any group of hydrated aluminum silicate minerals: some are used as absorbants or fillers."
The cage like structure of their honeycomb framework works at the cellular level, trapping toxins and heavy metals. In addition, because it is one of natures negatively charged minerals, a Zeolite essentailly acts as a magnet by drawing in heavy metals and toxins andthen simply removing them. This also means it is far safer than chelation (my opinion)

The book Acid & Alkaline by Herman Aihara is an account of the acid and alkaline health condition and the effects on the human body. He wrote ~ "If the condition of our extra-cellular fluids, especially the blood, becomes acidic, our physical conditions will first manifest tiredness, proneness to catching colds, etc. When these fluids become more acidic, our condition then manifests pains and suffering such as headaches, chest pains, stomach aches, etc. According to Keiichi Morishita in his Hidden Truth of Cancer, if the blood develops a more acidic condition, then our body inevitably deposits these excess acidic substances in some area of the body such so that the blood will be able to maintain an alkaline condition. Zeolites are deemed 100% safe and non-toxic by the FDA. This mineral is rough edged, with no positively charged fibrous particulates like the carcinogenic and mutagenic asbestos and erionite.
It also meets the definition of being a Super Antioxidant. 1) even in low doses it breaks the oxidative chain reactions 2) it doesn't lose its potency in action as a free radical scavenger 3) when necessary it can restore other antioxidants!
