    What We Do
Our community investigates, reports, and discusses the latest techniques in transfusion alternatives and appropriate blood management.
    Why We Do It
To address the medical desirability of reducing or eliminating the use of blood and blood products and provide information for individuals who have religious or other objections to blood transfusion.

    How We Do It
Our community seeks to achieve this in the following four ways:

    1. Educating by means of a community-built and maintained knowledge base of professional expertise and evidence-based trends.
    2. Collaborating among health care organizations, dedicated professionals and the general public to advance bloodless medicine and blood management strategies.
    3. Assisting individuals to prepare for medical emergencies.
    4. Publicizing by adapting and preparing information for international distribution.

    What You Can Do
You can participate in this community in any of the following ways:

    • Contributing relevant articles, abstracts, pictures and media.
    • Participating in public and private professional discussions areas.
    • Publicizing by adapting and preparing information for international distribution.
    • Donating any amount you can possibly spare to help this community advance its mission.
