New Directories

How important is an online Hospitals Directory?
You said they are important...

According to our recent user survey, you informed us that online Directories are very important. For example, over 75% said that having an online Medical Center Directory is very important.

We kind of knew that already and had put quite a bit of effort into building our Directories using a 'wiki'. However, we found that while a wiki is very convenient for collaborating on articles, they don't cut it for building — and especially maintaining — Directories. So we went to work on creating a 'new and improved' system for building and maintaining our Directories.

After about three months of programming and importing and verifying existing free-form wiki Directory data, we are now happy to present two Directories that we are calling our Hospitals and Professionals Directory.

These Directories have been — and continue to be — built and maintained from the input of fellow NoBlood users like yourself. We sincerely appreciate everyone that has taken the time to help make this a useful resource for all. Please take a moment to locate the Hospital nearest to you. Get to know the professionals who work there. Make a note in the information you keep on hand in the event of an emergency.

The accuracy of the information in these Directories is only as good as the information you provide. We have provided a convenient link on each Directory page for submiting any errors or omissions.
