Bloodless centers ANYWHERE in New England?

Hi everyone, I live in New Hampshire and can't find a bloodless center anywhere even close to my state. If I was in a situation where I needed bloodless treatment, would I pretty much be out of luck? Or does anyone know of any centers in or around New Hampshire? Thanks everyone!
