I am interested in starting a bloodless program at my hospital and need some direction. I would like a policy/procedure of some sort to take to physicians and administrators for them to see. I live in North Carolina and I believe a program was started in Charlotte and Duke is trying to start one. But, there is a need for something east of Raleigh.
What kind of information is out there and where do I start?

I wonder how your efforts turned out to start a program east of Raleigh. I live east of Raleigh also and study Health Education at ECU. Please advise.
