    Identifying "no blood" patients

    I was wondering if anyone would be willing to share their "best practice" for identifying "no blood" patients as they enter your facility? We are currently reevaluating our processes.

    The two bloodless centers here in town both use a bracelet and a sign above the bed.
    There was a sticker on the front of the chart, but they are converting to EMR.
