Question about surgery to remove kidney tumor without a blood transfusion

I need some help, my mother is a JW, and they found a 4 cm tumor on the bottom of her kidney, the doctor recommends removal cause there's a 60% chance it's cancerous, the problem is, she has a severe adhesions, and there no way they can do laproscopic surgery, so they will have to make a very large adhesion, the urologist is wary about doing this partial removal without blood due to the fact that the incision will have to be so large and the amount of bleeding that could be involved with the kidney and the incision, he said he rather remove the whole kidney if she was gonna refuse any blood, I know they can use a blood recirculating machine, but I'm looking for resources and help into what options are available, I'm in the Tidewater area of Virginia, would electrosurgery be a option for this tumor removal? Does anyone know any good surgeons in the area that could perform this operation without a blood transfusion?

I forgot to mention she's seen a urologist that is skilled in laproscopic surgery, but the problem is my mother has so many adhesions he said laproscopy wouldn't work, he would have to make a very large incision to get to the kidney

Discuss the case with an interventional radiologist. A good one can do a CT guided needle biopsy. If the mass is benign, then no further Rx needs to be considered.
