The autologous preparation of Platelet Rich Plasma in the Institute of Transfusion Medicine in Skopje is routine. Ich procedure vas performed by cca 5 ml of autologous blood. after two steps of centrifugation the total PRP material was 0.3-1.5 ml. It was applied to the patients with bone defects in Oral Surgery clinic After mixing with substitute material of bovine origin BIO-Oss (R), the regeneration of bone mass was about 30% better than controled group without PRP)
