Blood Fractions

I have been researching information on various blood fractions that are available. In my research I have found that Albumin contains up to 4 % of Plasma and immunoglobulins up to 4%. Suppose I was to receive a serum/injection of either, how much would actually be of blood being a fraction? What alternatives are available for immunoglobulins, for example: to counteract a snake bite? Are these alternatives be available world-wide, like Thailand for example?
Any insight would be helpful.

Clarification

Nick, it would be nice to know references to the material you researched to be able to answer your question. What you may have seen was the reference from the 8/8/06 Awake magazine, pg 8, where it states "Water constitutes 91.5 percent of plasma. Proteins, from which plasma fractions are derived, constitute 7 percent of plasma (including albumins, which make up about 4 percent of the plasma; globulins, about 3 percent; and fibrinogen, less than 1 percent). The remaining 1.5 percent of plasma is made up of other substances, such as nutrients, hormones, respiratory gases, electrolytes, vitamins, and nitrogenous wastes." So according to this reference, Albumin would be 4 percent of the the plasma, and globulins about 3 percent, and these are separated from the plasma to be used in the products that contain fractions. So to answer your question, if you get a shot containing these products, you are not getting any plasma along with the fraction. These products that contain fractions, including Albumin and Immunoglobulins, are alternatives that provide life-saving benefits in certain situations (like snake bites, stepping on a rusty nail, etc), and are a matter of conscience for those who refuse to take blood due to their religious beliefs. As far as alternatives to these alternatives, I do not know that there are any that will produce the same results.
