hospital cooperation

How do I get a hospital to accede to my wishes for our premature son (possibly 28 weeks) to use an inline blood and gas monitor? Must they respect my wishes if I wish to limit sampling? And their court order which allows them the right to choose to transfuse which I do not mind signing and giving my own consent, how should a parent handle that? Can an the I-stat sampler solve most of the problems? Can a larger blood sampling moniter be primed with donor blood? How do I get cooperation?
