Abdominal Aortic Aneurysym

Hi,
This may be the wrong place for this message, but here goes.

Here in Britain over te past few days we have been hearing a lot about "Tripple A's" Abdominal Aortic Aneurysym's.

Can you please give the meanings of this term, also the dangers, seriousness of it.

For example is there a fear of serious blood loss with operations concerning AAA, if so would a "Cell Saver" be reccommended?.

Les
