arthroscopic knee surgery
I'm having arthroscopic surgery to repair my ACL. Is this type of surgery bloodless? or are there cases where blood is needed? What should I expect from the doctors/this surgery as far as blood is concerned?

No Blood
This type of surgery done arthroscopically entering in through a few holes in the knee. I have had it done to both knees. It is routine. There is very little blood loss expected. This is totally different from a total knee replacement, which can incur much blood loss and should be performed by a surgical team skilled in non-blood medical management.
Yes contact your local HLC. All the best.
