Teaching Aids - Blood Components

Is anyone aware of any teaching visual aids (models, etc.) available to help teach about blood components or fractions? Or anything you've developed to illustrate such? I heard someone mentioning the use of bottles of water with food coloring...I'd welcome any suggestions. Trying to beef up community seminar presentations.
