Adenoid Cystic Carcinoma

At 26, I was recently diagnosed w/a recurrence of ACC. I was previously diagnosed nine years ago (at age 17) and received fast-neutron radiation. The tumor originally was located in my hard palate. Now it has come back in my rt maxillary sinus and is starting to protrude up into my ethmoid sinus, and posteriorly into my nasal pharynx. I went to Cancer Treatment Centers of America (CTCA) in Chicago, where they told me that surgery is my best option, and a quite extensive surgery at that. It would involve a full maxillectomy, which could involve a large amount of blood loss. CTCA has since referred me to the Mayo Clino in Minnesota for surgery, but I don't believe they practice the bloodless surgery there. I'm obviously looking into this option very seriously and was wondering if anyone could point me in the right direction, as far as qualified head/neck surgeons for this operation that use the bloodless surgery practice. Thank you
