Person injured in a car accident and is refusing to accept blood

I am posting this on behalf of Silva Jose at: silva9134@sbcglobal.net. Perhaps someone can respond. Thanks!

We need the latest tech. for a person injured in a car accident and is refusing to accept blood. Blood count is now at 15.

Is not a baptizied Witness but is refusing on the grounds of his belief system from childhood.

Person is now 22 years of age.

Please give more in for on acceptable products that can be used at this emergency level.
