Hi all,

This is a bit of a complex one:

Male 48 years old, has haemophilia which is treated by recombinant factor 8. Has suffered an infarction 2/3 weeks ago, a subsequent angiogram has highlighted the requirement for a triple by pass operation. The surgeon dealing is now reluctant to proceed due to potential complications of leakage after the operation. If anyone can throw any light we would be grateful for your input.

Would aprotnin (sic) be useful. Situation is a bit urgent so I would appreciate articles, case studies or advice.
