"NO BLOOD" Stickers on Front of Chart

I was recently asked the question if I felt that the stickers we put on the front of charts was a violation of HIPPA for our JW patients. I just wanted to get some ideas of what others are doing or thinking.
Do you think that patients feel this is a violation of their privacy?
Thanks
