Question Factor VIIa and coronary occlusion

Is anyone aware of any information on giving Factor VIIa to control internal bleeding in patients who have suffered a major coronary artery occlusion and cardiac arrest? Is Factor VIIa contraindicated in such patients, due to the risk of coagulation adding to the coronary occlusion?
