question on hemocoagulase

I am a doctor in China,I am interested in hemostatis and coagulation、 blood conservation strategy .Hemocoagulase atrox for injection is used widely in China、 Japan、korea to reduce perioperative blood loss.I'd Like to know that can Hemocoagulase atrox for injection be used as prophylactic agents for perioperative bleeding,and why Hemocoagulase atrox for injection is not mentioned much in Europe and America articals? Why they don't use Hemocoagulase atrox for injection （Reptilase) produced in Basel soclo pharmaceutical factory，Switzerland。also I'd like to know whether anthemorrhagic agents were used in General surgery ,such as small and middle size operation,and how anthemorrhagic agents were used in General surgery.
