HELP !

My 3 year old son has TOF and an operation was scheduled for Dec 15th 2003
My wife an I indicated that we have concerns with the use of blood.

We had a meeting with the Chief of Cardiothoraic Surgery a Mr Martin Elliott at Great Ormond Street Hospital (uk) Mr Elliott indicated that he would perform the surgery to our wishes however if our son was to fall into difficulties that required a blood transfusion, he would administer this
Mr Elliott explained the reasons why he would do this and we understand his reasons. The fact that our son is under the age of consent makes this a very emotive issue and we are concerned he may be made a ward of court.
Our reasons for non blood products is from a health point of view and all the benifits associated with this.
We are frustrated that in America an other countries bloodless operations are done with just as good if not better recovery results.
Can anyone please give advice on how to find a suitable institution where our wishes will be carried out.
