We are encountering problems here in the Philippines with regards to Dengue outbreaks.
I would appreciate any information that could be shared in managing Dengue Hemmorhagic Fever without resorting to the use of Platelet concentrate or Fresh Frozen Plasma. These are being recommended by the doctors when they encounter a rapid decrease in the platelet count.
