Alternatives

I have been doing quite a bit research on the topic of blood fractions as well as their alternatives here on this website as well as articles in the Watchtower jounals.
I understand that many of blood fractions have alternatives to them. What I mean is that albumin seems to be used in many cases as volume expanders to treat severe burns and shock. There exists forms of saline solution that can also be used as volume expanders. Also replacing hemoglobulins, iron dextran can be used to treat patients with anemia or massive blood loss. The is hypothetically speaking....suppose I was to enter into a hospital to treat a severe snake bite. I have my DPA on me (used if I was unconscious, but still have it with me) and I inform the doctor that I rejected all minor blood fractions with the exception of EPO. How would a doctor treat me? What treatment would be used? Perhaps someone in the medical field would have to answer this one. I understand that this is very general. I am just trying to think of situations that may exist if I was to reject all blood fractions.
I will define anything that is needed...
