Yes, it's an AMAZING site where you will learn a LOT! And don't hesitate to ask questions or make replies to other posts when you feel it is appropriate.
Since joining, I have done a great deal of research which has helped me with my own concerns, but also along the way I've learned a great deal. And I've enjoyed being involved in a small way as a volunteer. If you want to help in any way, just let us know.
