C-Section on 26 yr old delivering 29 week old male neonate. Concern is for Thrombocytopenia. Is anyone aware of a treatment that does not involve a platelet transfusion?

Mother has Preclampsia and doctors are in fear of Eclampsia so the delivery is going to be today. Otherwise, the mother is in good health and the baby is in good health. No official diagnosis on Thrombocytopenia at this time. There is a fear. Are there any alternatives?
