Procrit in Hemolytic Anemia with IDA

Diagnosis: LCAT Deficiency. (Lecithin-acyltransferase deficiency).
Manifestations: Renal lipidosis, hemolytic anemia, corneal opacities, alarmingly low HDL
Question: The Procrit is not working due the the anemia being hemolytic. Recently dx'd with Iron Deficiency anemia via a bone marrow biopsy.
Does anyone have any suggestions for the fatigue that is taking place? Nothing is working. Iron Infusion was only temporarily a fix.
Please...all suggestions will be appreciated.
Thanks!!
