Exclamation Acute bloodloss, Post-partum Haemorrage with Placenta Previa 3B

My wife is 33 weeks pregnant with a healthy child, however has been diagnosed with a Placentia Previa Type 3B. Our Gynacoligist is very worried over our stand on the management of my wifes healthcare and bloodless medicne. She is concerned about acute bloodloss during the ceaserian section in a few weeks time and possible Post Partum Haemorrage.
My wife and myself are both Jehovah's Witnesses.
Does anyone have any advice that may assist our Gynacologist?
We are in Singapore, South East Asia where our religious beliefs are restricted by the government.
Thank you in advance for your help.
