TNK bleeding

I would like to have some information on what to do in case someone was to have an elective Thrombolysing after an AMI or CVA. The recommendation is to transfuse with FFP. Our facility uses TNK (tenecteplase). I’ve seen a few cases of major bleeding after administration, and some good results as well.
Please let me know what would be an alternative. Thanks.

Ed.
