Smile Blood thinner's and ITP


Is it okay to take coumadin even though people have ITP even though the doctor take the spleen out.
The reason I am asking my doctor moved me up to 13 mg of coumadin.And I have ITP but my doctors from Baylor hospital take my spleen out nine years ago.Would it still brother my ITP.
I am one of Jehovah's Witnesses.I am from Coleman Tx.
