The list at noblood may be comprehensive however I question if all those hospitals are actually treating their patients with all the appropriate blood avoidance protocols? Getting a one time certification or a diploma hardly qualifies a hospital to classify itself as a true bloodless/blood conservation/avoidance facility.

In my opinion, there needs to be a standard in this country that is clearly defined by the experts and a certification procedure that ensures hospitals are following the established standards to be considered to have a true Integrated Blood Conservation Program.

Without a standard, anyone can say they have a program. This could be a potential legal liability as well.
