I have a 70 year old JW patient who has had a ORIF on Friday resulted from an MVA , she has a 20 year history of a seizure disorder and last seizure 12 years ago, she is on Phenytoin and Dilantin level therapeutic, current Hgb 64, we are thinking of using Epo, she is on DVT prophylactics
Does anyone have any comments
