Dear sir/ madam, In the event of major blood loss during a delivery, what procedures if any are being used, I've heard it said that a hysterectomy is the safest and quickest solution but the doctor's here in Ireland are very reluctant to carry these out. So can you say if there is any other way of dealing with this
