Short list of necessary qualifications
• Act as an advocate for all Bloodless Medicine and
Surgery patients
• Demonstrate leadership skills to manage a hospital-wide
program
• Increase physician referral base
• Develop policies and procedures related to non-blood
management
• Coordinate community educational sessions
• Coordinate physician education
• Research the most current information on bloodless
techniques for program enhancement
You must have 3+ years’ progressive experience (health care
industry preferred) and a BA/BS in a health or business field, as
well as intimate knowledge of the Jehovah Witness faith, strong
analysis, data management and financial reporting experience, and
excellent communication and relationship building skills. Spanish
fluency preferred.
