I have a presentation on Bloodless Medicine and Surgery to give to a Critical Care nursing group this Thursday, and I'm following a surgeon who will be discussing AAA surgery. I know that I will be asked what we do if a JW patient needs this sort of surgery. I have yet to see an experience, either from a rupture or planned surgery. Any help???
