What is the max dose of EPO or Procrit you have seen used in post surgical treatment? Also, patient has large blood clot that doctors need to remove, as coumadin or heparin will thin blood too much. Hgb dropped from 11.8 to 7.4 in two days. They are trying to do Doppler to find source of bleeding and are going MUCH too slow. Any suggestions?
