In Ontario, Canada the Ontario Health Insurance Plan may not cover the cost of Eprex. The company has a drug benefit replacement plan which will cover the cost of the drug if their criteria is met. I'm not sure what the situation is elsewhere, but I do know that this plan has been a benefit here.
